Job Summary: We are seeking experienced 1 st Class 6G Tig Flux core -Pipe welder for a Shipyard that does outside New Construction work in Houma. Candidates must be willing to work 40 to 50 hours. All Pipe welders will have to pass a hand-on test and interview with the supervisor.
Key Requirements
Must Have
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a 1 st Class 6G Tig Flux core /Pipe welder .
· Must have all Pipe welder tools
· Must pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with industrial or Fabrication shop 6G Tig Flux core /Pipe welder
· Strong knowledge of Pipe welder safety procedures.
· Proven reliability and consistent attendance.
· Experience working indoor and outdoor Pipe welder environment.
