Com Location: Head Office (Sindhubhavan, Bodakdev) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting practices and a thorough understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances. The role requires accurate financial reporting, timely tax filings, and active coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return) in a timely manner. Ensure proper compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and advance tax payments. Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other MIS reports. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as needed. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. Stay updated with the latest amendments in taxation laws and accounting standards. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation. Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus). Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws including GST, Income Tax, and TDS. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
