Job Description Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with both Sysco Divisions and external clients to resolve issues and address urgencies. Utilize advanced features in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis tasks essential to the AP function. Collaborate with team members and demonstrate initiative as a self-starter. Support business operations by leveraging MS products including Word, Outlook, and other Office applications. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Expert-level skills in complex formulas, data analysis, and data visualization tools. Ability to create, modify, and analyze Pivot Tables for summarizing and presenting large datasets. Proficient use of the VLOOKUP function to search, integrate, and analyze information across tables and sources.
