We are a painting company in the North Atlanta suburban market. We are seeking an Administrative Ninja to help with Job Costing, Software Management, and job scheduling. We operate a cloud based CRM system so this position would work remotely with weekly / monthly meetings required in Cobb County Georgia. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO LIVES IN OUR MARKET. We are looking for someone with  experience in renovation, construction, or a home service business dealing with the trades. You will be working on our CRM software, scheduling, and job costing. This is a great opportunity to put that experience to work while being home most of the time. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, and can interface with our software vendor and Project Managers. You may occasionally work with our clients as well. You would be a key member of our small team that would keep our system working, and double checking job costs to insure  profitability. You would work remotely most of the time, but would need to attend weekly meetings and sometimes meet with senior management. 

Responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining templates for estimators
- Making sure customers are properly moved through our state of the art CRM system
- Accurate and up to date Job Costing on all jobs completed 
- Scheduling newly sold jobs

Other things we would like:
- Ability to develop excel spreadsheets 
- Ability to work with clients and project managers directly to schedule work
- Work with customers to schedule estimates and define work needed.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
