Service Technician – Gray Haven Townhomes

Location: Dundalk, MD

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $21-22/hour (based on experience)

Gray Haven Townhomes, located in Dundalk, is looking for a qualified Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills require, some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

As a Service Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Hang, prep, and sand drywall
• Paint apartment units and common areas
• Maintain grounds, ensuring safety and cleanliness
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in residential property maintenance
• Must be available for on-call emergencies (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
