MProtective LLC, is licensed, bonded and insured as a provider of security guards and weapons screening services. We serve a range of clients throughout the area and we’re seeking self-motivated individuals who currently reside in Central Pennsylvania to join our team.

We are currently hiring immediately for multiple locations:
- School Security Officers ( Armed)
The successful candidate should possess a current Act 235 (lethal) Certification as well as Act 67certification, A thorough background check will be conducted. Must pass a drug screen. Full Time with hours correlating to a normal school day with some after-hour school events. Pay: premium pay rates which will be discussed further at the time interview. Expected hours: 40 per week with additional compensation for Day/Evening / Weekend shifts.
- Armed Security Officers for Healthcare
The successful candidate should possess a current Act 235 (lethal) Certification. A thorough background check will be conducted. Must pass a drug screen. Positions available: Full Time 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 based schedule. Part Time as needed. Pay: premium pay rates which will be discussed further at the time of interview Expected hours: A flexible 40-hour workweek with Day / Evening / Night / Weekend shifts available.

Qualifications - Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing, handle several tasks simultaneously and remain composed in emergency situations and diffuse potential combative situations,
- High level of integrity required for handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times.
- Complete incident reports and document daily activities on a log.
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license
- Excellent physical condition, including full mobility, is required.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
