The Role

We're hiring immediately for a Full-Time Sales Representative role. You’ll gain hands-on training in both product knowledge and sales skills, everything from strategic communication and presentation delivery to negotiation and customer experience.

This position sets the foundation for a long-term career in leadership, sales management, or customer success, and we offer paid training for dedicated employees.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging, educational sales presentations for homeowners on energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions
• Participate in structured sales coaching sessions and training workshops each week
• Contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Build your personal book of business and grow within our merit-based structure

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Sales experience is strongly preferred
• Confident public speaking ability and natural presence
• Driven and self-disciplined; motivated by long-term career success
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn new skills
• Enjoy working with people and building relationships

What You’ll Earn

• $4,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid in $500 weekly installments over your first 8 weeks
• $25,000 Base Salary + uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
• Top performers can earn $200,000 + annually
