Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's goals and objectives.

  • Lead and mentor senior management teams to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure high-quality placements for clients around the world.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with major clients and stakeholders in the staffing and recruiting industry.

  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue.

  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and integrity within the organization.

  • Monitor industry trends and adapt practices to stay competitive and relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior managerial position within staffing and recruiting or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a commitment to guiding teams.

  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities with the aptitude for decision-making.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics to drive business growth.

  • A track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
