Job Description

Ridgecrest Grocery Outlet is looking for one Grocery Clerk in training to join our team. We are located on 120 N. China Lake Blvd., Ridgecrest, CA 93555.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the look and feel of the department.
• Provide our customers with exceptional customer service.
• May order product to fill department and prepare for ads.
• Stock shelves and displays.
• Ensure proper pricing of merchandise.
• Provide customers with product recommendations and assist them with locating product.
• Check product date codes to validate proper rotation.
• Set up advertising/ promotional displays.
• Check in product and review invoices for accuracy.
• Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all areas of the store.
• When requested, assist customers to their vehicles.
• Help bag and retrieve carts for customers.
• Will be cross trained to assist other departments as needed.

• Great attitude and customer service with a smile; leave the drama at the door!

• Problem solver.

• Great with people.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must be able to stand and remain active for up to 8 hours.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible schedule for a variety of hours and shifts.

• Able to work Part-time with the opportunity to get Full-Time and leadership positions.

• Wages starting at $16.50 per hour.
