Job Title: Grocery Stock Clerk

JOB SUMMARY
Maintain standards in sales area and stock shelves to ensure customer requirements are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(E=Essential A=Additional)
E Provide products and services that are competitively priced, meet the requirements of internal and external
customers at all times and abide by the Company’s Mission Statement.
E Keep shelves full with merchandise by lifting cases off pallets from deliveries or from backroom or
coolers, opening cases, marking product (if necessary), putting product on flats, pull loaded flats to sales area and stock shelves.
A Building displays by taking merchandise by flats from back room to sales area and lifting product from
flats to displays.
A Making bales by operating paper baler.
A Answering customer questions by responding pleasantly and accurately to questions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to read and follow instructions
Verbal and written communicative skills
Basic math skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift over 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
Ability to work in cold, including coolers and freezers.
Must be able to pull flats of merchandise and bend.
