Wooster, OH | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr and up depending on experience

About the Role

As a Facilities and Grounds Technician , you’ll help maintain our buildings and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll perform a variety of maintenance, repair, landscaping, and clerical tasks that support our mission and daily operations.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural systems
• Repair flooring, drywall, doors, windows, and fixtures
• Landscape and remove snow/ice seasonally
• Set up rooms for meetings and events
• Assist with janitorial tasks as needed
• Log daily work completion and maintain accurate records
• Respond to work orders and assist with supply ordering
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and OneEighty policies

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or facilities work
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and painting
• Valid Ohio Driver License with insurable driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• May not receive clinical services at OneEighty and if in recovery, two years of continuous sobriety required
