Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Sales Philosophy : Embrace the AIL Sales Philosophy while hitting monthly sales goals.
• Client Conversion : Convert incoming prospects into multi-line clients by providing them with tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead Management : Maximize every opportunity by handling each lead in a timely manner.
• Client Workflow : Keep track of your client workflow while adhering to organizational standards.
• Policy Knowledge : Learn the ins and outs of our insurance policies (don’t worry if you have no prior knowledge – we’ll teach you!).
• Team Player : Maintain a positive attitude and be an active contributor to the AIL team.
