Sage Intacct Application Consultant (remote) Location Remote : Sage Intacct Application Consultant (remote) About Aktion Aktion Associates, Inc. is a national ERP software Reseller in the top 20 of the VAR 100 reseller market. We have a high growth technical environment with a workforce of over 200 professionals. We have a (3) year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 300. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S. Role and Responsibilities :
Lead and support client software implementations.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation
Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction
Education, Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Location:
Work from home
Mid-west preferred with travel up to 30%
