The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis, associated with business transformation, process design activities, and IT solution implementations. This role requires strong communication skills and experience working on complex projects, preferably within the public sector.

Responsibilities:
- Elicit and analyze business requirements for business transformation and IT solution implementations.
- Contribute to the establishment, operations, and evolution of a delivery practice.
- Translate understanding of DevOps practices into practical program guidance.
- Perform business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-entity organizational environment.
- Engage with business unit and technical subject matter experts for requirements elicitation and process definition.
- Facilitate workshops and prioritize requirements.
- Contribute to improvements in delivery flow, throughput, or predictability through better processes or templates.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline, or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 7 years of Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience contributing to the establishment, operations and/or evolution of a delivery practice or capability within a technology services organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of DevOps delivery practices and the operational factors required for successful DevOps execution.
- 8 years of experience performing business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-entity organizational environment.
- 5 years of experience engaging and working with various business unit subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or technical SMEs on requirements elicitation and process definition activities.
- 5 years of experience in effective interactive communications and presentation skills including (but not limited to) requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and requirements prioritization.
- Experience with at least one cloud SaaS and/or PaaS implementation with significant business transformation.
- Experience with requirements solicitation and definition for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Customer Experience Management (CXM) solutions.
- Experience with one or more of the following CRM/CXM enterprise platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French.
- 3 years of experience working with Public Sector, Government technology platforms.
