**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our roadside assistance team. This role involves transporting vehicles safely and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to desired locations.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient roadside assistance.
- Conduct vehicle surveys to assess the situation and determine towing requirements.
- Ensure the security and safety of vehicles during transport.
- Maintain tow truck equipment in optimal condition, performing regular inspections.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with clients and team members.
- Complete necessary paperwork and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Comply with traffic and safety regulations at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and roadside assistance techniques.
- Physical stamina to assist in loading and unloading vehicles.
