Our project capabilities and experience include commercial, single-family residential, multi-family residential, and public works infrastructure projects all over the DFW Metroplex. While Moss Utilities was founded in 2016, the Moss family has a legacy in the utility construction industry in Dallas-Fort Worth dating back to the early 1900's. We are looking for Forman to join our team.  Crews welcome. 

Forman Duties and Responsibilities:

• The applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years prior work-related experience as a utility foreman, installing water, sewer and storm drain main lines & fire lines
• Able to read plans and read elevations & shot elevations
• Lead and supervise crew to safely and efficiently execute the work assigned.
• Demonstrate solid team leadership and assist with their training and development. Be accessible to employees to address questions or concerns.

Forman Qualifications:

• Able to work in a safe manner, follow OSHA guidelines and keep the work area clean.
• Reliable attendance. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
