As a Valet Lot Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests’ first and last impressions are unforgettable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the parking lot.
- Assisting guests with directions or inquiries as needed.
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar or customer-facing role.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
