Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have a valid Cosmetology or Esthetician License.
• Flexible scheduling including full/part-time position, and ability to work nights/weekends based on the needs of the business.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Prioritization of guest services and their experience.
• An openness to communicate about performance in an effort to enhance our associate and guest experiences.
