Are you a skilled and passionate esthetician seeking an opportunity to provide rejuvenating treatments in a serene, coastal spa environment? We're looking for a Full-Time Seasonal Esthetician to join our talented spa team at the Bar Harbor Inn and Spa, where you'll deliver luxurious skincare services that leave our guests refreshed and glowing.

In this role, you'll use your expertise in skincare and wellness to provide facials, body treatments, and personalized consultations for our guests. This position begins in March, making it the perfect opportunity to welcome the season and help our guests unwind as warmer weather arrives. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of professional skincare treatments, including facials, body treatments, and skincare consultations.
• Evaluate guests' skincare needs and recommend personalized products and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and serene treatment room environment, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in skincare treatments.
• Collaborate with the spa team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with retail sales of spa products by providing product knowledge and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Maine Esthetician License.
• Proven experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and industry trends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.

Performance Measurement:

• 90-day performance review, guest satisfaction feedback, and retail sales contributions.
