A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

7 Years Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, associated with business transformation, process design activities and IT solution implementations.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.

Demonstrated experience contributing to the establishment, operations and/or evolution of a delivery practice or capability within a technology services organization.

The response should demonstrate experience with:

  • Establishing or improving delivery practices, processes, or operating models.
  • Developing standardized templates, playbooks, guidance, or reference materials used by multiple teams.
  • Supporting consistency and efficiency across projects or teams through reusable artifacts.
  • Identifying delivery challenges and contributing to practice-level improvements based on real delivery experience.

3 Years

Demonstrated understanding of DevOps delivery practices and the operational factors required for successful DevOps execution, with the ability to translate that understanding into practical CXM program guidance.

The response should demonstrate experience with:

  • Agile and DevOps delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
  • Structuring and maintaining effective product backlogs, including epics, features, user stories, and operational work.
  • Supporting ticket and work item management (e.g., incidents, defects, enhancements, technical debt).
  • Contributing to improvements in delivery flow, throughput, or predictability through better processes or templates.
  • Working with delivery teams to identify friction points and improve operational efficiency.

Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-entity organizational environment.

Demonstrated experience with engaging and working with various business unit subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or technical SMEs on requirements elicitation and process definition activities. Provide details on what types of communications/interactions you have had, types of deliverables (presentations, technical reports, etc.) that were produced.

Demonstrated experience in effective interactive communications and presentation skills including (but not limited to) requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and requirements prioritization. Candidates shall include the following in the response:

  • Stakeholders (business owner, executive level (Directors, VPs) engaged to complete project tasks.
  • What types of communications or interactions you have had?
  • Types of deliverables you generated for the communications or interactions.
  • How did this communication ensure success?
  • Approach to information seeking including but not limited to asking questions, investigation, digging deeper and doing research.

Demonstrated experience with at least one (1) cloud SaaS and/or PaaS implementation with significant business transformation would be an asset.

For the project, the response should include as a minimum:

  • Description of the project,
  • Duration of work on the project,
  • Description of Proponent's role on the project, including identifying artifacts delivered (requirements documents, test cases, etc.)
  • Details on the technologies of the client's environment(s),
  • Number of entities / departments impacted by solution deployment,
  • Whether the solution was bilingual in nature,
  • Indicate greatest strength and challenge for the Proponent regarding performance on the project, and resolution for challenges.
